How Often Do I need to see my Naturopath?
For chronic conditions, I typically recommend follow-up appointments every three weeks for the first three visits. This allows us to build momentum and address changes promptly.
After that, we shift to six-week intervals to continue monitoring and adjusting as needed.
As your health stabilizes, we transition to check-ins every 3 to 6 months to ensure continued support and respond to any evolving needs.
