Watermelon and feta salad

Ingredients
1/4 a large Watermelon (cut into wedges)
2 Apricots (quartered)
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
2 Kiwifruit (peeled and sliced)
4 Stawberries (quartered)
1 tbs fresh mint leaves
Feta Cheese (crumbled)
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
1/4 Lime (juiced)
1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Method
In a small mason jar, combine maple syrup, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Cover with lid, shake to combine and set aside.
In a serving bowl, combine chopped fruit, cucumber, mint and feta.
Divide into bowls and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Enjoy!
