Ginger Aloe Lemonade
The aloe juice and ginger in this recipe are kings of digestive health benefits. Aloe juice can help soothe the digestive tract and support the mucosa, while ginger is often used to alleviate bloating and cramping.
Ingredients
30ml Pure Aloe Juice
2 tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 tbs Ginger (peeled and finely grated)
235 mls Water
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass with ice. Serve immediately and enjoy.
